To submit a data request, email [email protected] with:
Required Information
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or orders
- Your country of residence
- The type of request (see below)
Request Types
- Access: Receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Fix inaccurate personal data
- Deletion: Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format (CSV/JSON)
- Restriction: Limit how we process your data
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw previously given consent (e.g., marketing emails)
Response Time
- GDPR / UK GDPR: Within 1 month (extendable by 2 months for complex requests)
- CCPA / CPRA: Within 45 days (extendable by 45 days)
- LGPD (Brazil): Within 15 days
- Other jurisdictions: Within the timeframe required by applicable law
Identity Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to confirm information associated with your account.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (signed letter or power of attorney) and we may still require identity verification from you directly.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. EU customers may contact any EEA supervisory authority. UK customers may contact the ICO.
